Selby Town Primary Care Network (PCN) has teamed up with neighbouring surgeries who will be working together to improve health and social care services and providing more of them closer to home.
The PCN is made up of four surgeries including:
- Beech Tree Surgery
- Escrick Surgery
- Posterngate Surgery
- Scott Road Medical Centre
The Selby Town PCN looks after a population of over 52,000 people covering over 180 square miles.
