Car parking

Parking is free for those using the car park for under 30 minutes, for those who will be visiting the Surgery for 30 minutes or more, please enter your car registration number on the iPad near the reception desk to obtain a free electronic parking permit.

Disabled Access Information
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Urgent mental health crisis helpline: NHS 111 option 2. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

If you are calling the surgery when we are closed and require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, from 18:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday please hang up and dial the out of hours service on 0300 123 0762.

After 18:30 Monday to Friday until the surgery opens and on weekends, please dial 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

If you have a life threatening medical emergency when the surgery is closed, please dial 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
