Are you interested in having a say on issues that affect patients?
If so we want to hear from you!
We have set up a Patient Participation Group ("PPG") consisting of a random selection of patients who have previously completed a 'Contact Form' enabling us to contact them from time to time regarding their opinions on specific aspects of the Practice.
The aim of the PPG is to provide a valuable forum to gain patients opinions on the facilities and provisions of services, to bring a sense of ownership and partnership between Practice staff and patients, and to allow patients to make positive suggestions about the Practice and their own healthcare. If you would be interested in attending our next meeting please contact the Surgery for more information. Following the meeting, minutes will be available at the Surgery and also on our website.
Patients are advised that for various reasons, including confidentiality, the PPG is not the appropriate forum to pursue a complaint against the Practice or to raise concerns about a particular individual.
Your views are important to us
We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the Practice is doing. We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible and are therefore asking if you would like to provide your email address, or home address, so we can send a survey to you from time to time.
If you are interested in leaving either your email address or home address details, please pick up a Form from either the Selby or Hemingbrough surgeries, or complete the Form online.
We are particularly keen to hear from patients who represent the diversity of the patient list in terms of age, gender and race etc.
