Appointments at Posterngate Surgery

We understand it can be confusing to work out who you need to book an appointment with for certain problems. We have produced a leaflet for patients to give some idea of who to book in with to make things a bit easier. You can find this leaflet under 'Appointments' at the top of the page, and then in the tab 'Who to book with'.

Travel Information

global air travel

Our Practice Nurses are able to give pre-travel advice before you go abroad, including;

- Details of immunisations

- Malaria Prevention

- Infection Risks

Please contact the Surgery at least six weeks before your trip. Unfortunately, we may not be able to help you if we are given too little notice, because some inoculations take time to become effective

Please read the letter below for information on what you will be required to do before you travel:

Travel Clinic Letter

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements.  This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below
